THE FABULOUS STORY OF CORA BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

Cora Tsouflidou proudly opened the first Cora restaurant in 1987 and established the foundation of her success in the early years. Using recipes from her childhood, a passion for pleasing guests and first-class service, Mme Cora soon conquered the greater Montreal area with her beautifully crafted breakfasts. This dynamic, extremely creative and imaginative woman used her keen sense of opportunity to develop what was to be a revolution in family restaurants. The success of the first restaurant soon led to the opening of several more locations… and the expansion program continues today!

A specialized breakfast restaurant, serving home-style gourmet breakfasts and unique lunch meals the whole family will enjoy. THE CORA ADVANTAGE

Open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays, the Cora concept offers a balance between your business and personal life. We also provide 5 weeks of theoretical and practical training as well as restaurant support with a team of on-site trainers to help you and your staff. As a Cora franchisee, you will benefit from:

Site criteria : An area of approximately 2,600 to 3,000 square feet, in a location that leverages a mix of commercial, industrial and / or office buildings with ample parking.
Investment : Estimated build-out cost from $550,000 to $900,000
Franchise fee : $45,000 including training fees
Ongoing fees : 6 % of revenues as royalties and 3% of revenues for national advertising.
