 The Fabulous Story of Cora Breakfast & Lunch

Mrs. Cora Tsouflidou proudly opened the first Cora Breakfast & Lunch restaurant in 1987 and established the grounds of her success in her early years. Using recipes from her childhood, a passion for pleasing guests and a first class service, Mrs. Cora soon conquered the Montreal area with her beautifully crafted breakfasts.

This dynamic, extremely creative and imaginative woman used her keen sense of opportunity to develop what was to be a revolution in family restaurants.

The success of the first restaurant soon led to the opening of several more locations; one restaurant didn’t wait for the next! Over the years, inspired by customer requests, suggestions from her children and health trends, Mrs. Cora conjured up more than 100 menu ideas that people all over the country wanted to savour!

Each Cora Breakfast & Lunch restaurant is decorated with a variety of colourful hand-drawn wall pictures. They were all drawn by Mrs. Cora herself to decorate her first restaurant and they represent the items of her initial menu.

With over 115 restaurants in operation today, the Cora Franchise Group is seeking passionate people wishing to join its family and become part of a successful developing network throughout Canada.
